Don't know what to do....

I've been thinking all this time....should I make a move or just ignore it...I don't what to do and it was really confusing...Part of my mind said that i need to do it but part of it said don't....what should i do....???...Arrrggghhh....Maybe i need to make a final decision to decide what the conclusion for my problem.....huh....
